"Peter B. Van Arsdalen's Horse." Unsigned. Watercolor and pen and ink on paper, 5 x 5 1/8 in., in a period molded pine frame. Condition: Creases, repairs on the verso, light stains.

Provenance: Ex Barry Cohen collection, retains an exhibition label on the reverse of the frame for the gallery exhibition and sale The Barry Cohen Collection Part 1, which was conducted jointly in 1990 and 1991 by the America Hurrah and David A. Schorsch galleries.

The creases and small tears rereinforced on the verso with applied conservator's paper, also each edge held in place to mat with conservator's tape, several stray pencil marks.
