Two Redware Jars, probably New England, early 19th century, one ovoid form with incised lines encircling the rim and shoulder, transparent olive green glaze with mottled gold and ocher halos, the other oval form with incised lines around the shoulder and belly, lug handle, and dark brown splotch decoration, (loss, cracks, chips),ht. 8 3/4, 8 1/8 in.
