Miniature Portrait of a Woman. Unsigned. Watercolor on ivory, depicting a bust-length portrait of the dark brown haired woman c. 1815, wearing spectacles, a white lace bonnet tied with a black and white striped bow, a white lace ruff and bodice and black dress, 2 1/2 x 1 5/8 in., in a red leather-covered oval hinged case. Condition: Very good.
