Two Textile Bird Figures, America, 19th century, a brown velvet-covered whimsical bird figure on a perch, embellished with glass beads and suspending three red velvet ball tassels, including a black metal display stand; an embroidered silk and velvet needle case in the form of a bird with glass bead eyes, with a red velvet head and blue wings and yellow embroidered accents; (minor wear),bird on stand total ht. 13 7/8, lg. 5 1/2; needle case bird lg. 10 in.
