Lot of Seven Prints and Studies From the Miniature Series and the Christmas Card Series: A Saint, Chartres, 1927, the artist's own proof impression plus the pencil sketch (Fletcher, 199); Calvaire du Seizieme Siecle, 1932, second state of three (Fletcher, 247A); Chartres in Miniature, 1939, second state of second plate mounted as a card (Fletcher, 330); Patzcuaro, Michoacan, Mexico, 1941, second state of second plate mounted as a card (Fletcher, 363); Normandie, 1944, third state (Fletcher, 385); Piazza della Contarena, 1952, reproduction of an earlier drawing mounted as a card (Fletcher, CCS number 30). The non-Christmas card prints signed and dated "John Taylor Arms..." in pencil l.r., several works annotated and dedicated to Hillman's partner beneath the image. Etchings (unless otherwise noted) on paper, plate/image sizes to 5 5/8 x 3 1/8 in. (14.5 x 7.9 cm), framed.
Condition: Some with toning and/or fox marks, not examined out of frames.
