(Civil War-Confederate and Union), Five articles; Toombs, Robert (1810-1885), Signed Document, April 12th, 1839, legal document pertaining to an appearance in court for a client, (weakness and toning); a Confederate note and report, the first a receipt signed by George Chamberlain, $50,000 on loan to the Confederate States government, received by a Major William Thomas; Muster Roll and Report, the first concerning Company K, 53rd Ohio volunteers; a Union Bounty Broadside, "Another Chance....To Avoid the Draft," 7th Indiana Cavalry, (edges chewed); and a Union Bounty Payment Voucher, February 16th, 1865, for William Keyes of Miami (Ohio) county.
