Large Montanari Poured Wax Doll in Original Clothing, England, c. 1860s, cobalt blue glass eyes, remains of inset lashes and eyebrows, turned-up nose, deep philtrum, ash blonde inset human hair, shoulder head on cloth body, large wax limbs (repaired left hand, crack to left leg), original blue silk faille dress with cream-colored piping and fringed trim (some staining), ruched lace confection of a bonnet, ht. 28 in.
