Classical Revival Sterling Silver Tea Set, New York, 1875-91, comprising pot, cream jug, open sugar, and covered sugar, all waisted ovoid with partially reeded bodies, covered sugar and pot with urn finials, reeded handles and spouts set with lion masks, the bowls with lion's head pendant handles, on oval reeded foot; sold with a harlequin Tiffany & Co. tea caddy, navette shaped, partially reeded, with foliate waist band and lid, lg. 4 1/2 in., all aforementioned pieces with engraved monogram and small heraldic device; sold together with a silver plated tray, shaped oblong with foliate engraving, lg. 23 5/8 in., (7 pieces total),approx. 75 troy oz.
