Watercolor on ivory, one mounted in a gilt-metal brooch, the reverse having an oval compartment, inscribed on paper "Ent'd in bracelets American 1840," 1 3/4 x 1 3/8 in., several small dents on the mounting; the other in an engine-turned gilt-metal frame with monogram containing a buff-colored silk fragment within the opening on the reverse, 2 3/4 x 2 1/4 in., (glass missing).
