Pair of Anglo-French Naval Battle Scenes. Both signed and dated with initials "CAB 1815" l.r., each signed "D. Matheson" on backboards. Mixed media including watercolor and graphite on paper, sight size 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 in., in gilt molded eglomise frames. Condition: The second with losses and tear to u.r. corner, each with minor losses to margins, foxing, overall toning and fading.
