Extensive Whiting "Louis XV" Partial Flatware Service, New York, early 20th century, comprising twelve each of dinner knives, luncheon knives, luncheon forks, cream soupspoons, and demitasse spoons, eleven dessert forks, thirteen tablespoons, six dessert spoons, ten citrus spoons, thirty-four teaspoons, six butter spreaders, and thirty-five serving pieces, including cold meat forks, a cheese scoop, claret spoon, crumber, pie server, and carving set, together with a similar ladle, (176 pieces),and a flatware case, approx. 169 troy. oz. weighable silver, lg. to 16 in.
