Two Small Bisque-Head Dolls, Germany, early 20th century, one a girl jester, dark pupil-less stationary glass eyes, open mouth, impressed Victoria J flag H (Hering and Sohn), brown mohair braided wig, five-piece composition body (stains), pink satin dress and jester hat; the other a white bisque-head clown, green painted facial decoration, brown glass eyes, no wig, impressed GKN 193 22/0 DEP (Gebruder Knoch), five-piece composition body, unclothed, both ht. 6 1/2 in.
