Federal Mahogany and Mahogany Veneer Inlaid Pembroke Table, probably Baltimore, c. 1800, the oval top with string inlay in outline and on the edge, on a conforming base with string-inlaid veneered panel flanked by dies with shaped inlaid oval paterae enclosed in a rectangular inlay with ovolo corners on four square tapering legs with inlaid criss-cross stringing, ending in pendant flowers and inlaid cuffs, old refinish, (restoration),ht. 28 3/4, wd. 34 1/4, dp. 18 3/4, leaves extended 42 3/4 in.
