Concerned not so much with the reality of the landscape, he seeks to depict the play of light on the land and strives to capture the very essence of eastern Long Island's vanishing landscapes.
The Les Pommiers Series marked a turning point in Vincent's 18 year Painting career, Displayed in the Winter of 2011 at The Michelle Farmer Collaborative in Palm Beach, These works were received with much admiration and launched many other series which were represented in Group and Solo Shows in Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco, New York, Montreal, Sag Harbor, London, and Paris. Many of Vincent's works are part of Corporate and Private collections.
Vincent currently divides his time between Washington, DC, and eastern Long Island.
