Note: Lynn Pittinger grew into woodworking over the last 15 years as he phased out of his engineering career and now lives in the foothills of northern Virginia with his artist wife. His specialty is veneering highly figured wood into simple shapes to focus on the beauty of the wood rather than the wood working. Many of his pieces are designed around a unique beautifully figured board. His projects range from cabinets and furniture to small boxes.
