Brian Higgins studied at Emerson College, the Museum of Fine Arts School, and at the Motion Picture School, Ft. Monmouth, NJ. He has been painting, primarily in pastels, for more than 25 years. He is listed in Who's Who in American Art, Who's Who in America, and Davenport's Art Index.
