Carrie Nixon grew up in the Detroit, MI area, and earned a B.A. in Art at Yale University and a MFA in Drawing from Wayne State University. She has lived in Alsace, France; Rome, Italy; and Lima, Peru. Carrie currently teaches drawing and painting full-time at Assumption College in Worcester, MA.
