N.B. Domingo Barreres is one of the founding members of the 249 A Street Cooperative and one of the pioneering artists who first found studio space in Fort Point. Born in Spain, he came to the US in 1957 and arrived in Boston in 1960 to study at SMFA, where he later taught until his retirement in 2006 (https://www.domingo-martin.com/).
