BOLTON, Mass.– November 4th, 2005 www.skinnerinc.com - Skinner, Inc., one of the nation’s leading auction houses for antiques and fine art will host a two-day Disco very auction on Thursday, November 17 th and Friday, November 18 th in its Bolton , Mass. gallery. With over 1200 lots in the sale, Skinner’s November Disco very auction features something for every buyer, whatever their taste or budget. Skinner’s Disco very auctions are a great way for novice antique buyers and first-time auction goers to get their feet wet and experience the fun and affordability of buying at auction. For seasoned collectors, Disco very auctions are an excellent source of fresh estate material.

Thursday’s Session
The Thursday evening session begins at 5 p.m. and features over 200 lots of 19 th and 20 th century American and European paintings and prints, in addition to assorted decorative and collectible smalls including Asian wares, glass, ceramics, figurines, and other decorative arts.

Friday’s Session
Friday’s session begins at 10 a.m. with 100 lots of 18 th, 19th and 20 th century books, including literature, history, art reference, limited edition sets, 1 st editions, decorative bindings, and an interesting group of nautical titles. The Friday sale will also offer over 45 lots of 19 th and 20 th century clocks and timepieces from several consignors including shelf, mantel, wall, tall case, and banjo styles. Also offered will be an assortment of Native American and ethnographic arts, plus Disco very’s usual fare of American, Continental, Asian, Victorian and Arts & Crafts furniture & decorative arts.

Previews for Sale #2303 will be held Thursday, November 17 th from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. , and Friday, November 18 th from 8 to 9:30 a.m. A free PDF download of the printed catalogue for the sale is available one week prior to the auction on Skinner’s website at www.skinnerinc.com. The website provides full-color thumbnail images and full lot descriptions, and best of all, allows users to leave bids online, and view prices realized in real-time during and after the auction.
