Oil on canvas, 12 x 15 1/2 in., in a dark-stained wood frame.
Condition: Scattered spots of retouch.
Estimate $2,000-3,000

Narrow areas of retouch along left edge where painting touched the liner; few spots of retouch along bottom edge where painting touched the liner; three small spots of retouch in the center on part of a soldier's leg, ground, and stump.
