Sheet size is 14 x 22 inches. Mat burn to edges, toning, two small tear at edges, one measuring 1 inch at the center left edge which is stablizined on the reverse with clear tape, one measuring 3/8 inch at the right edge, 3 1/2 inches up from the l.r. corner, some small stains along the edges, dog ears at corners, handling creases visible from the reverse, hinged to window mate with clear tape along the top edge of the reserve.
