Jade Carving of a Water Buffalo, China, 19th/20th century, reclining with its head turned upwards, pale celadon stone with russet markings and white inclusions, with a wood stand, ht. 2 1/4, wd. 4 1/2 in.

Provenance: Purchased at Liang's, Hong Kong, October 30, 1969.
