William Henry Harrison "The Hero of Tippecanoe" Silk Campaign Banner, c. 1840, square printed American flag banner, the blue canton with a circle of twelve stars with a single large star inside, the center of the flag with bust of Harrison within a wreath marked "GEN WM. H. HARRISON" over "THE HERO OF/TIPPECANOE," the right and left edges of the cloth have very narrow 1/8 in. selvedges, the top and bottom edges with very fine hand-stitched hem, ht. 29 1/2, wd. 30 1/2 in.

Printing is crisp and color is remarkably vivid, a few very small holes (less than 1/8 in. dia.),and a few very light, minor stains.
