Description:

Mintons Pate-sur-pate Decorated Bud Vase, England, late 19th century, the white paste portrait medallion set to a pale blue ground signed "A Birks" centering an off-white body green enamel decorated with foliage and gilt jeweling, gilded handles and rims, printed mark, ht. 8 in.
