First edition of John Leng's (1665-1727) Latin translation, and first appearance printed in England of both texts together, octavo, text in parallel Latin and Greek, contemporary blind-tooled calf boards, joints split, boards becoming detached, ex libris John Ingilby, fourth Baronet (1761-1833) with his signature inside the front board, from the Ripley Castle Library, 6 3/4 x 4 1/2 in.
