Large black-and-white photograph of the banquet held in honor of Wright, mounted on an embossed mat and signed by all attendees around the edge, including: Edgar Staley Gorrell (1891-1945),Henry M. Crane (aeronautical engineer),Henry J. Souther (1865-1917),L.L. Gardner, Charles F. Willard (d. 1977),Ralph Hazlett Upson (1888-1968),Dr. S.W. Stratton, George Owen Squier (1865-1934),Joseph Eugene Carberry (1887-1961),Benjamin S. Foss, Henry W. Harms, Thomas H. Huff, R. R. Loening, Chauncey Milton "Chance" Vought (1890-1930),Alexander Klemin (1888-1950),George C. Whitney, Grover Loening (1888-1976),Edson Fessenden Gallaudet (1871-1945),Henry H. Metcalf, Jerome Clarke Hunsaker (1886-1984),and others, signed by all attendees (including Wright) on the mat, with an additional exterior mat, framed, slight crumpling/chipping of edges, generally good, photograph features a large centerpiece with propeller mounted at the front of a group of tables arranged in the shape of an airplane; rare, no copies at auction, one institution copy located at Wright State University, 21 3/4 x 14 in.
