Indian Silver and Enamel Spice Box, probably Rajasthan, mid to late 19th century, with a central glass inset floral bouquet encircled by six hexagonal hinged compartments, decorated throughout with various avian motifs, all on an enameled circular base raised on six legs, ht. 4, dia. 5 1/4 in., approx. 30.3 troy oz.

Several feet bent slightly (wobbles a little),two with small repairs, two cracked. Several glass elements cracked or with minor losses. Scattered losses to enamel particularly green base where there is also green overpainting and bird panels to outer edge (one lacking most enamel accents).
