Pair of Painted Wood Doors, Tibetan China, each structured with two thick splints of wood, the front panel divided in three sections defined with raised borders, the center section depicting two mythical figures standing with a snake and a sword in their hands on one and a musical instrument and a ritual bell on the other, each painted with two mythical beast figures on reverse, a brass loop fitting with a loose pull handle, a hinge on top, panel ht. 27 1/4, wd. 15 in.

age wear and tear, pigment loss and cracking, age cracks to wood, warping in progress to joints.
