Oil on canvas, 25 x 30 in. (63.0 x 75.8 cm),framed.
Condition: Tear to c.r. edge, small puncture to l.r. corner, canvas rippling, striation to paint surface along right side edge, areas of craquelure, surface grime.

Tear to center right side is irregularly shaped, primarily vertical with smaller horizontal or diagonal tears at each ends overall measuring 1-3/4 inches in height and 1-1/4 inches in wide at its extremes. There is a 3/8 inch abrasion with damage to the reverse, although it might not be an actual puncture, located about 1-3/4 inches above the signature. Small tear to tacking edges at u.r. corner. Stretcher bar mark at bottom. Canvas is loose on the stretcher, causing some rippling. Vertical lines of craquelure. Scattered minor paint losses Surface grime.
