Nude Female Study, c. 1867. Unsigned. Albumen silver print mounted to board, image/sheet size 7 3/4 x 5 1/2 in. (19.8 x 14.0 cm), matted, unframed.
Condition: Corner of sheet missing l.r., sheet appears to be affixed at edges only, scattered handling crimps and creases, possible repaired tear l.c.
Provenance: Property from the collection of Harvey Shipley Miller, proceeds to benefit the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Mount measures 9 3/4 x 7 3/4 in. (24.8 x 19.7 cm). Several horizontal creases along bottom edge with the lower crease breaking through the emulsion. There is a tear in the l.r. adjacent to the missing portion of the sheet. Subtle discoloration at sheet edges. No additional issues to report.
