Large tile with modeled birds in deep blue glaze and a square tile in the Aesthetic manor with insect and bamboo, marked from The Collection of Barbara White Morse The Maine Low Art Tile Lady 1887 Low Catalogue number Plate XIII Number 628, corner nick, both marked J.G. Low Chelsea, Mass. U.S.A., respective dia. 8 3/8, 6 1/8 in.
