Fourteen Assorted Woodblock Prints, Japan, depicting acts of plays from Kanadehon Chushingura (Revenge of Forty-seven Loyal Retainers),including two by Utagawa Toyokuni (1769-1825); three Kunisada (1786-1865); one Toyokuni II (1777-1835); two Kuniteru (1830-1874),trimmed; three Keisai Eisen (1790-1848); two Kuniaki II (1835-1888), chuban; and one Shigenobu (Hiroshige II, 1826-1869),all oban yoko-e, sizes to 14 1/8 x 18 1/2 in.
