Miniature Hour-striking Fusee Skeleton Clock, England, c. 1850, silvered brass roman numeral chapter ring with strike/silent dial above, and vacant name boss below, blued-steel Breguet-type hands with a spade hand on the subsidiary dial, architectural form brass plates with pitched pediment and side finials, the compact rack and snail hour-striking chain drive fusee movement, wheel work with five crossings, recoil escapement, rear-hung pendulum with tie down and strike-silent feature, all on a rosewood pedestal under a glass shade, ht. 13 in.
