James Woodward & Sons Side-lever Rook Rifle, c. late 19th century, serial number 4465, walnut stock with checkered wrist and forend, frame and lock lightly engraved with foliate designs, marked on the lockplate "JAMES WOODWARD & SONS," marked on the barrel flats "JAMES WOODWARD & SONS/64 ST. JAMES ST LONDON.," barrel lg. 26, overall lg. 43 in.

Provenance: Vintage Doubles LLC, Wenatchee, Washington, December 13, 2012.

Stock has a few very light dings and nicks, in overall very good condition.
