Louis XVI-style Vernis Martin Display Cabinet, 20th century, gilt-bronze mounted, with foliate cresting cartouche atop a glazed case with single door, damask lined interior with single shelf, electrified, bombé-form base decorated with scenes of a courting couple and the countryside, resting on cabriole legs, ht. 77, wd. 33 7/8, dp. 18 in.

Scattered professional restorations including veneer filling and patches. Loss to one sabot on front right foot. Scattered losses to painted surfaces (front panel with horizontal cracks to panel/chipped losses along cracks) and minor chipped losses/lifting to veneer. Fabric interior with minor tears.
