Wedgwood Hand-painted Oval Queen's Ware Dish, England, c. 1875, powdered black border with gilded rim, polychrome enameled coastal landscape with depiction of an angel playing a violin to an old woman, impressed mark, lg. 13 1/2 in.

No evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations. Irregular glaze with heavy spotting to front and rear.
