Wedgwood Solid Light Blue Jasper Plaque, England, late 19th century, rectangular shape with applied white relief depiction of figures designed by Charles Toft from Geoffrey Chaucer's Canterbury Tales, a sign inscribed "The Tabard Inn" above, impressed mark, 6 1/2 x 13 1/2 in.; mounted in a modern frame.

Not examined out of frame. In very good condition with no evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations.
