Necklace with Forty-seven Mixed-metal OjimeBeads, Japan, Meiji period, on a silk string, the beads mostly in various forms of vases, all decorated with inlaid floral designs, some with immortals and Zen masters with butterflies and bats, some with floral and foliate filigree, all in gold, silver, copper, and various metal alloys, some marked with four different signatures including several of Ichiju and of Kazumasa, bead wd. to 7/8, necklace lg. 18 in.
