Silvered Bronze Archaic Shan Mirror, China, possibly Warring States period, round with a fluted semicircle loop in the center, decorated with five shan (T) shapes, against a patterned ground with meshes of scrolls, swirls, and dots, below a raised plain band rim, patches of dark green patinas and iron brown encrustations to some areas, with a wood case with glass top and sliding tray, dia. 7 5/8 in.
