New England Patent Timepiece or "Banjo" Clock, signed "Aaron Willard," 20th century, the mahogany case with a painted iron Roman numeral dial within a brass bezel reading "Aaron Willard Boston," beveled throat frame enclosing the reverse-painted tablet reading Patent, half-round frame enclosing the lower tablet reading "Constitution & Guerriere," brass side ornaments, carved pedestal, eight-day timepiece, all regulated by a brass-faced pendulum bob and lead rod, ht. 33 1/2 in.
