English Repeating Circle or Reflecting Circle, London, 19th century, 6-in. pierced brass instrument with scale from 0-360, inset silvered scale which is read by the movable dual verniers that are attached to the rotating arms and engraved Cary London, with collapsible spring plotting points, third arm with knurled knob for fine adjustment, center hub with glass bull's-eye.
