Transfer-decorated Liverpool Pottery Creamware Pitcher, England, early 19th century, with a three-masted ship and ribbon lettered "COMMERCE UNSHACKELED BY WAR" on one side, a scene titled "A KNOCK down blow in the OCEAN!!/Or Bonaparte taking french leave" on the other, and a scene titled "The Rival" below the spout, (chips on the spout and base, staining),ht. 9 in.
