Terryville Manufacturing Company Torsion Candlestick Timepiece, Terryville, Connecticut, c. 1855, with 2 3/4-in. paper on zinc dial marked Terryville Mfg. Co., Terryville, Conn., thirty-hour timepiece with four-arm balance wheel, hairspring, and regulator below the movement, back plate stamped Terryville Manufacturing Company, Terryville, Conn., Patented October 5th, 1852, cobalt glass pedestal and glass dome, ht. 10 in.
