Large Equestrian Marble and Bronze Mantel Clock, France, c. 1880, a bronze stallion surmounts the Siena marble case with acanthus leaf corner mounts on a heavily decorated bronze plinth with scroll feet, the dial comprised of Roman numerals mounted to the front surface of the marble, eight-day time and strike movement regulated by a pendulum, ht. of horse 12, total ht. 24 in.
