Benjamin & Ellis Clark Mahogany Tall Clock, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, c. 1825, swan's neck pediment above the freestanding columns flanking the Arabic numeral painted iron dial signed Benjn. & Ellis Clark, Philadelphia, with moon's age in arch, raised gesso and gilded dots as found on Boston dials, and peacock spandrels, reeded quarter columns on waist and lower section, eight-day time and gong strike movement, ht. 91 in.

Movement lacks proper bell and bell stand, now using a stand and gong, lacking one rosette in swan's neck, no feet, no weights, movement needs overhaul, 13-in. Arabic numeral dial probably painted by Spencer Nolen of Boston, iron false plate in unmarked.
