Three American Sterling Silver Cases, 20th century, two mounted with 14kt gold and ruby clasps and with red leather protective sleeves: a Tiffany & Co. compact, lg. 2 1/4, and a Thomae Co. hinged box, lg. 3 1/2; and a Black, Starr & Frost gold-washed box with pale blue guilloche enameled hinged cover, lg. 3 1/2 in.; approx. 12.4 total troy oz.

Rubies not tested. All with age-typical usage wear. Small Tiffany case with some minor dents along front edge. Black, Starr & Frost with loss/rubbing to gold wash and two approx. 3/4 in. areas of damage and inpainting to white enamel border.
