Burl Walnut Veneer and Maple High Chest of Drawers, Massachusetts, early 18th century, the top section with molded cornice above a double arched molded case of two short and three long graduated drawers, panels bordered by walnut veneer, the lower section with three short drawers and trumpet-turned legs joined by beaded valanced skirt and shaped flat stretchers, all on turned feet, engraved batwing brasses, (refinished, restoration to base, and replaced mid-molding),ht. 62 1/2, lower case wd. 36 1/2, dp. 19 in.
