Large Kestner Bisque Head Doll, head stamped "16 1/2 Made in Germany 16 1/2 171" to back, with blue sleeping glass eye, open mouth with four inset teeth, light brown mohair wig, fully articulated Excelsior composition body, stamped "Excelsior Germany," with white cotton eyelet undergarments, white eyelet cotton dress, jacket, and bonnet, black knee socks, and white leatherette shoes, ht. 32 in.

Neck slightly loose, wig glued down, paint chips to eyebrows, scuffing and soiling, plaster pate, no evidence of cracks or repairs when lit from outside. Body good overall.
