Yomud Chuval, West Turkestan, second half 19th century, three columns of four midnight blue, ivory, blue/green, and light red "chuval" guls with secondary "tshemtshe" guls on a deep red field, within a "gotchak" border of similar coloring, stylized flowering plant elem, 3 ft. 5 in. x 5 ft.
