Cast Iron William Tell Mechanical Bank, manufactured by J. & E. Stevens Co., Cromwell, Connecticut, c. 1896, the bank activated by sliding back the launcher on top of the rifle and placing a coin on top, pressing the figure's right foot fires the coin into the castle, knocking the apple off the boy's head and raising his arm, (paint wear), ht. 6 3/4 in.
